Maciej Kossowski's singing career begun in 1963 with the most popular big-beat group in Poland: Czerwono - Czarni, ( The Red Blacks.)

He worked with the group until 1967 giving approximately three thousand shows in Poland, Germany, Greece, Czechoslovakia, Canada and USA.

It is estimated that 5.000.000 people saw his live performances and on more then ten occasions he sung to as many as two hundred fifty thousand people in outdoor performances.

Since 1967 he continued to perform with the group: Tajfuny begining with the three months tour of USSR.

Since 1968 he continued as a solo recording artist, producer, composer, arranger and musician working for the state owned recording company: Polskie Nagrania and it's labels - Muza and Pronit.

Between 1968 and 1969 Maciej had many appearances on Polish Television and constant presence on Polish Radio Stations playing his new hit songs: Wakacje z blondynka, Z cyganami w swiat, Nie mowie zegnaj, To Ty Mario.

At the end of 1969 Maciej emigrated to USA. He lives in New York where he works as an entertainer and songwriter under a new stage name.
